Luang Prabang, March 2017
During our stay in Luang Prabang, and just before we got on the crazy bus ride to Phonsavan, we stayed at Thongbay Guesthouse.
We were lucky enough to make a short film about their beautiful and serene wooden houses and paradise-like surroundings. We loved our stay there - the lush green garden with a little pond and our cosy wooden bungalow in Lao style, enriched by modern day's comforts, made it for a wonderful time. Not mentioning the Mekong River flowing at the foot of the hill that Thongbay is located on.
